Kim Floyd
Kim Floyd, a veteran Realtor, has been practicing real estate in Santa Cruz since 1989 and is highly regarded by both her clients and colleagues as a skilled negotiator who works hard to achieve the best interests of her clients. Kim is a top producing agent and has been consistently named to the President’s Club. She is a 2007 President’s Club Champion.

Michael Floyd
Michael Floyd is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and is also the author of the California Association of Realtor’s “Marketing in the Internet Age,” a required course in the GRI, Real Estate Masters Series. Michael, a former magazine editor and columnist, was a contributing writer to PC Magazine, and was the founding editor of Web Techniques Magazine. He has worked with some of the Web’s most prominent pioneers including Dr. Charles Goldfarb, considered to be the father of markup language. Michael is the author of four books including the landmark “Building Web Sites with XML.”
Together Kim and Michael bring negotiating skill, contract knowledge, and marketing expertise to get their clients the best possible price when either buying or selling real estate.
